4130

Used on our 4130 jump bike, this is a steel alloy known for it's superior strength. The wall thinkness is "butted" to leave more metal where it's needed and less where it's not to save weight.

6061
A wrought aluminum alloy containing small percentages of silicon, copper, magnesium, and chromium. Requires heat treating after welding and is more ductile than 7000 series alloy.
7000
Aluminium alloy containing Zinc. Is harder and stronger than 6000 series alloy and doesn't require heat treating.
7005/6061
With a combination of 7005 for front triangle tubes and 6061 for the rear triangle, we're able to make the most of all properties of these two alloys.
7005
Aluminium alloy containing Zinc. Is harder and stronger than 6000 series alloy and doesn't require heat treating.
xtrolite
XtroLite G7 is used to save weight as it's superior stength means less material is needed. Used on our XC1 and XC3 bikes.
